Symptomatic – Treatment directed as diagnosing and treating pain, numbness, weakness, headaches etc. More emphasis on hands on therapy to help get you out of pain and back into life. Often needed to enable the exercises and rehabilitation needed for long lasting improvement.
Prevention/wellness – Systems such as the FMS and DNS screen and smoke out the tight and weak spots which are holding you back or will undermine future fitness or athletic goals.
Checkups – Elective checkups which focus more on double checking previous risk factors for chronic injuries and reviewing workout routine limitations or growing problems. Checkups utilize more of the FMS and DNS concepts to find weakness before it becomes painful or limiting.
