Your workout routine can be customized to both survey and correct your weakest points, so every week you are checking your weak spots to make sure you’re as resistant to injury as possible.
As you make gains and improve performance, it’s important to make sure your body stays in balance and some areas don’t outpace others. We can design your program to target these and build then into your daily or weekly routine as a sort of self-audit to regularly check your body balance.
